ISO 7380 - Hexagon Socket Button Head Screws Class 10.9 Black
Socket button head cap screws ISO 7380 are not intended for high
strength application. The purpose of producing them with a strength of the property class
10.9 is to increase the wear resistance of the sockets.
ISO 7380 : 2004 Hexagon socket button head screws,which was
prepared by ISO/TC 2 ‘Fasteners’ of the International Organization
for
Standardization, has beenadopted by Technical Committee CEN/TC 185
‘Threaded and non-threaded mechanical fasteners andaccessories’,
the
Secretariat of which is held by DIN, as a European Standard.
Tightening Procedure:
Insert the key into the socket and apply the torque on the nut
while holding the key. Should however, the torque be applied on the screw itself it should
be reduced accordingly.

Stainless steels can be divided into three groups of steel -
austenitic. ferritic and martensitic. Austenitic steel is by far
the
mostcommon type (>90% of commercial fasteners). The steel groups and
strength classes are designated by a four-digit
sequenceof letters and numbers (eg A2-70) as shown in the following table.

For new customer, We can provide free samples for standard
fastener, But the clients will pay the express
charges. For old customer, We will send you free samples and pay

stock.Generally speaking,the stock probability of stainless steel
fasteners is higher than that of carbon steel fasteners.
6. How about your delivery time
What we pursure is the high efficiency movement pattern,the
stainless steel fastener delivery time about 15days,the carbon
steel fastener will it about 30days
7. What is your packing.
Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on
the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like
10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information
such as LOGO and pattern of customers.
8. What is your payment term
Normally,our terms of payment are TT and L/C,if we cooperate for a
